This session works in two different ways, depending on what you need:

For clients I've worked with before: This is perfect when you've got something specific you want to tackle and you're okay with me jumping in more than usual. I'm still not going to solve things for you - that's not how coaching works - but I can be more of a collaborative thinking partner since I already know how your brain works and what your patterns are. Think of it as us putting our heads together on whatever's got you stuck.

For everyone: Sometimes you just need someone to hold space while you work through whatever's feeling heavy. This is coaching in its gentlest form - no pressure to fix anything or come up with solutions, just room to process emotions and be genuinely heard.
You can book this as a standalone thing - whether you're actively working with me, taking a break between packages, or just need some one-off support.
