My Approach
Life is deeply personal—we each experience our own unique version filled with moments that can be wonderful, challenging, confusing, or peaceful. While there's no universal manual for navigating life, each of us carries our own inner manual about who we are, how we function best, and what we're seeking on our journey. Sometimes, though, that inner knowledge gets buried under layers of expectations, overwhelm, or life's daily chaos, and we can lose sight of it—but it's still there, waiting to be rediscovered.
 
I'm here to help you rediscover it or work through life's big, medium, and small challenges—because we all have them. Whether you're facing major decisions or questions, exploring new directions you'd like to pursue, or addressing those seemingly minor things that still deserve attention, I provide support tailored to your unique needs and perspective. My work with clients often includes focusing on confidence building and habit formation, helping you build the foundation for positive evolution. It includes understanding and working with different ways of thinking and processing, such as the distinctive strengths and experiences that come with ADHD.
