This is where we really get to dig in together. Having 6 sessions gives us the time and space to tackle whatever you're working on without feeling rushed. We'll find a rhythm that works for your life - maybe weekly, maybe twice a month, whatever feels sustainable for you.

Here's the thing about having multiple sessions: we get to build on what we discover together. You're not starting from scratch each time, and I get to know how your brain works, what motivates you, and what tends to trip you up. That means I can offer more targeted support and we can create real momentum.
